Also known as the fruit of the pepper plant, our white pepper adds a distinct mild pepper flavour to foods.
Instead of being picked the almost ripe and sun-dried, white pepper is produced by removing the outer layer before or after drying, leaving only the inner seed.
Use it to replace black pepper in white or light coloured foods such as mayonnaise, cream-based soups or white sauces.
PS. It is also great combined with chicken!
